Terms of Service
Effective 14 October 2026. These terms are issued by Zylen Solutions and cover the ZHC website, the ZHC hospital management platform, the white-label patient app, and the WhatsApp messaging sent on behalf of hospitals. Where a hospital has signed an implementation agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms for that hospital.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, signing in to ZHC, installing a hospital's patient app, or replying to a hospital's WhatsApp messages sent through ZHC, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.
2. Who we are
ZHC is built and operated by Zylen Solutions ("Zylen", "we", "us") of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. ZHC is a hospital management platform that hospitals and clinics license from us to run their front office, clinical, inpatient, pharmacy, billing, insurance and accounts workflows.
3. The website
This website describes the ZHC product and lets visitors request a demo or a classification-based quotation. Module descriptions, workflows and screens shown are illustrative and may evolve as the product does. We aim to keep this website accurate, but commercial terms, pricing and scope are only confirmed in writing after a workflow review, and take precedence over anything shown here.
Booking a demo takes place through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, subject to Calendly's own terms. Requesting a quotation opens your own email application with your enquiry pre-filled; it is sent to us only when you choose to send that email. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of Calendly or of your email provider.
4. Hospital accounts
Hospital staff receive ZHC accounts from their hospital. You must keep your login details confidential, use only the accounts and roles assigned to you, and access patient records only for the hospital's legitimate purposes. Access to clinical and financial records is logged against your user account. The hospital is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters and for complying with the laws that apply to medical records in India.
5. Patient app
The patient app is published under each hospital's own name. By installing it you can book appointments, join video consultations and view reports your hospital uploads. The app is provided for information and convenience; it is not a substitute for medical advice, and in an emergency you should contact your hospital or emergency services directly. Your hospital remains responsible for the clinical content it shares with you through the app.
6. WhatsApp messaging
Hospitals using ZHC can send messages to patients through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. These messages are service messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, one-time passwords, bill and payment confirmations, report-ready notifications and follow-up reminders. We send them only to patients who have agreed to receive messages from that hospital, and only using message templates approved by Meta.
You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages at any time by replying "STOP" to the hospital's number, by blocking the number in WhatsApp, or by telling the hospital's front desk. WhatsApp is not monitored for emergencies; do not use it to report an urgent medical condition. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp, your network and your device, and we are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered for reasons outside our control. Your use of WhatsApp itself is governed by the WhatsApp Terms of Service.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use ZHC, the patient app, the website or the hospital's WhatsApp number to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to access data you are not authorised to see, to interfere with the service or its security, or to copy or reverse-engineer the software.
8. Intellectual property
The ZHC software, the site design, text, graphics, and the ZHC name and logo belong to Zylen Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Patient records and other data a hospital enters into ZHC belong to that hospital.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can request that it be deleted.
10. No warranty
This website, the patient app and WhatsApp messaging are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Service levels for the ZHC platform itself are set out in each hospital's implementation agreement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zylen Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, the patient app or WhatsApp messaging. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to ZHC, the patient app or WhatsApp messaging for anyone who breaches these terms, or where required by law or by Meta's platform policies. A hospital's access to the ZHC platform ends in accordance with its implementation agreement.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the website or the ZHC platform changes. The effective date above always reflects the latest version.
